I recorded every mobile electronic device my little family has used ever since I was born. from 1998 until 2002.

It’s divided into three periods of 7 years, each one starts with my family photo from that period. For every device, i record the exact year of the purchase, and a little story of what I have in my memory.

There are devices that gradually fade out of our lives ever since smart phone has come out. At the end of carnet There’s a time table that shows clearly when did we get a new smart phone and what brands they are. it appears that we are renewing our devices in a pace more and more intense.

It is not only a precious record of my early family life, but also a slice of the digital history.
